Krak-EN Voice Privacy Policy
For Android, iPhone and iPad · Updated September 30, 2026
New System Forged Studios publishes Krak-EN Voice. This policy covers the Android app and Apple iPhone/iPad app, their model downloads, Apple App Store and Google Play purchases, exports, and support. Available features and permissions depend on your platform and app version. Contact [email protected] with privacy questions or requests.
Your recordings and AI work
Audio, imported files, transcripts, summaries, search and assistant conversations, recording metadata, folders, branding choices, and settings are processed and stored on your device. Speech recognition and supported AI summarization run locally. The app does not upload this content to our servers or to a hosted AI service, and we do not use it to train AI models. An account with us is not required.
Network connections
Setting up or replacing AI models may download files from Hugging Face, GitHub, and their file-delivery providers. Those services receive normal connection information, such as your IP address and requested file. Model downloads do not send your recordings, transcripts, or prompts. Once the required models are installed, recording and AI processing work on device.
The app may also download display fonts from Google Fonts. Font requests include normal connection information such as your IP address and the requested font file; they do not include your recordings or document text. See Google Fonts privacy information.
Apple processes the free trial, lifetime unlock, offer-code redemptions, and purchase restoration. The app reads verified transaction information, including the product and purchase date, to determine access. We do not receive your payment card details. Store transactions and related records are handled under Apple’s privacy policy. Store access may require an internet connection.
On Android, Google Play processes the one-time unlock, purchase restoration, and any supported Google Play promotions. The app reads product, transaction, and purchase-status information to determine access. We do not receive your payment card details. Google handles store information under Google’s privacy policy. Apple and Google purchases are separate; the app does not link your store accounts or automatically transfer purchases between them.
Permissions and sharing
Microphone access lets you record audio and use voice input. Calendar permissions support calendar events and reminders you choose to use. Notifications provide local reminders and status messages. File, photo, camera, and media permissions are used when you select an import, audio file, or branding image. On Android, Bluetooth access supports connected audio devices, phone-state access helps respond to call interruptions, and foreground-service, wake, notification, and alarm permissions support recording, downloads, processing, and reminders. Phone-state access is not used to record telephone calls or upload your call content. Only permissions relevant to your platform and chosen feature apply. Manage permissions in Android Settings or Apple Settings; declining an optional permission limits the related feature.
Exporting or sharing sends the selected content to the app, destination, or person you choose. A file saved to iCloud Drive or another cloud destination follows that provider’s settings and policy. Calendar information may sync through the calendar account configured on your device. We cannot control recipients’ copies.
Storage, security, and backups
The app uses a local encrypted database for its structured records. Audio files and exports are separate files and are not all protected by that database encryption. Android and Apple device protection, your passcode, and access to your unlocked device remain important. The current editions open their vault automatically; it is not a separate password-protected boundary against someone using your unlocked device.
The app does not provide our own cloud sync or remote recovery service. Depending on your device and backup settings, Apple, Android/Google, or computer backups may include app data. Manage those backups through your device and backup provider’s settings and protect any exports separately. No storage or security method guarantees absolute protection.
Retention and deletion
You can delete recordings and other work in the app. Deleted items may remain in Trash until permanently deleted or cleaned up after 30 days. Audio retention settings can remove audio after transcription or after the configured retention period; transcripts and summaries can remain. Review these settings before relying on a recording being kept indefinitely.
Apple trial expiry does not itself delete your saved work. Android’s free edition has a 2 GB audio storage cap; cleanup can remove least-recently-accessed audio when that cap is exceeded, separately from your retention setting. The Android paid unlock removes that free-tier cap. Export important audio before storage or retention cleanup. Deleting the app and its data removes its local container (Apple offloading and some Android uninstall options may retain data), but exports, backups, shared copies, calendar events, and Apple or Google purchase records must be managed separately. We cannot remotely recover or delete content stored only on your device.
Analytics, advertising, and support
The app does not include advertising, cross-app tracking, or developer-operated usage analytics. It does not automatically upload recordings or crash reports to us. Apple, Google, and device manufacturers may process diagnostics according to your device and store settings.
If you choose to contact us, we receive the message, your email address, and any attachments or diagnostic details you send. We use them to respond, investigate the issue, and meet applicable obligations. We retain support correspondence as needed for those purposes; you may request access, correction, or deletion. Do not attach private recordings unless you intend to share them with support.

Cloudflare hosts this policy and handles requests and operational logs, which can include IP address, request URL, and browser information, to deliver and secure the website. Opening a policy link is a website request; it does not upload your app content. This policy page does not add advertising or analytics scripts. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
